Latchline is provided by FLOURISH & CO PTY. LTD. under the GemCra Creations developer brand. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to FLOURISH & CO PTY. LTD.

Your progress
Scores, best runs, achievements, unlocked colours, settings and one unfinished run are saved on your device. There is no player account or cloud save. Uninstalling, clearing app data or using Reset saved progress deletes this progress. Browser and Android saves are separate. A current run is saved about every two seconds and when paused, so a sudden shutdown may lose the most recent moments. Daily saved runs expire at the next UTC day.

Advertising on Android
The Android app includes Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Eligible ads appear after completed runs, never during gameplay or Practice. Pre-release builds use Google's test ad IDs, which still use Google's services. The browser game has no ad SDK.

When advertising is enabled, Google may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), ad and app interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers, including advertising ID and app set ID. These support ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Requests are configured for non-personalised ads; this does not mean that no data is processed. Google describes its practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Your advertising choices
Required consent forms appear before eligible ad requests. Where available, use Remove ads > Advertising privacy choices to change your choices. You can also manage your advertising ID in Android settings. A broad age-group choice stays locally on the device; we do not ask for a birth date. We do not initialise ads for an under-13 or undisclosed age group. Ages 13-17 receive under-age-of-consent treatment. Latchline is intended for players aged 13 and over, and is not directed at children under 13.

One-time remove-ads purchase
Google Play handles checkout and payment details. The app receives product, purchase-state and signed receipt information to verify the purchase, remove advertising and restore access. A verified receipt is cached in private device storage. We do not receive your card details. The upgrade is not a subscription. Its current local price appears before checkout. Resetting game progress keeps the upgrade. After reinstalling, restore with the Google Play account that bought it. Refunds or revoked purchases can remove the upgrade when Play next confirms ownership. Pre-release builds cannot make purchases.

Sharing, permissions and security
Score sharing opens the system share sheet only when you choose it. Your chosen service handles the shared content. Android uses network access for Google advertising, consent and billing, and optional vibration for feedback. The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or shared-storage access. Android backup and device-transfer backup are disabled. Network services use encrypted connections; no storage system is completely secure.

Retention and deletion
Game data stays locally until reset or removed. Clearing app data removes the cached receipt, age choice and local consent information; it does not cancel the Google Play purchase or erase records held by Google. Google controls its service records and retention under its policies. GemCra does not operate a player database or upload your scores. Contact support to ask about information you have sent directly; support messages are retained only as needed to handle the request and applicable recordkeeping duties.

Browser version and changes
If you play Latchline in a browser, progress is stored locally in that browser and is not shared with the Android app. The site hosting it handles connection information under its own policy. We will update this policy when these practices change. For questions or privacy requests, contact admin@flourishandco.com.au.
