Vexcoil ("the App") is provided by FLOURISH & CO PTY. LTD. under the GemCra Creations developer brand. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to FLOURISH & CO PTY. LTD. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you play the game. Vexcoil is a free, single-player arcade game and does not require an account or login to play.
We do not collect, store, or share your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifying information. There is no account system, no chat, and no user-generated content leaves your device.
Vexcoil displays ads served through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain technical information from your device, such as your advertising ID, device type, general (non-precise) location derived from IP address, app usage/interaction data related to ads, and diagnostic data such as app performance, launch time, and crash/hang information. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly.
You can review how Google collects and uses this data, and manage your ad personalization settings, here: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
On Android, you can opt out of personalized ads or reset your advertising ID at any time via Settings → Google → Ads on your device.
Vexcoil saves your progress — such as high scores, unlocked skins, achievements, and settings — locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us and is deleted if you uninstall the app or clear the app's storage.
Vexcoil is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
